What's included in the hourly rate?

Hourly rates include: professional chauffeur, luxury vehicle (Mercedes E-Class, S-Class, Escalade, or Sprinter), complimentary water bottles, WiFi (select vehicles), flight tracking for airport pickups, meet-and-greet service, and luggage assistance. Gratuity, tolls, and parking are NOT included.

What costs extra beyond the quoted rate?

Tolls (Illinois Tollway charges), parking fees (garage, valet, or lot), gratuity (suggested 20%, discretionary), and extended wait time ($25 per 15 min after first hour). The first hour of wait time is included in hourly rates.

Do you offer corporate account discounts?

Yes. Corporate accounts booking 10+ trips/month receive 5-10% off hourly rates, monthly consolidated invoicing, detailed expense reports, and a dedicated account manager. We also offer 5% discounts for advance booking (7+ days) and 10-15% off-peak discounts (10 AM-3 PM weekdays).

How does hourly pricing work for multi-stop trips?

Hourly rates cover unlimited stops within the hourly window. For example, a 4-hour charter at $110/hr ($440 total) can include 3-5 client meetings downtown — driver waits at each stop, no additional per-stop charges. Ideal for roadshows, multi-meeting days, or shopping trips.

Are airport flat rates one-way or round-trip?

Airport flat rates (e.g., $75 O'Hare, $65 Midway) are one-way pricing. For round-trip airport service (pickup and return), double the flat rate or use hourly charter if you need the vehicle to wait (e.g., 3-hour charter for airport drop-off, meeting, and return).
