How does billing work for corporate accounts?
Corporate accounts receive detailed monthly invoices consolidating all trips. Each line item includes date, passenger name, pickup/drop-off addresses, trip duration, vehicle type, and cost. Invoices can be broken down by department, project code, cost center, or individual employee. We accommodate specific billing formats and can integrate with your accounting systems. Standard payment terms are net-30 with ACH or wire transfer options.
Can employees book directly or does it go through admin?

How does hourly service pricing work?
Hourly service provides a dedicated vehicle and chauffeur for a specified time period. Sedan service starts at $95/hour, SUVs at $125/hour, and executive vans at $150/hour. All hourly bookings have a 3-hour minimum. The rate is all-inclusive covering the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and vehicle. You can make unlimited stops and route changes within the time period. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at the pro-rated hourly rate.
What's the difference between hourly and point-to-point service?
Point-to-point service is for single direct trips between two locations with fixed pricing. Hourly service provides continuous availability for multiple stops, wait time, and flexible routing. Choose hourly for business days with multiple meetings, client entertainment, shopping trips, or when you need the flexibility to change plans. Point-to-point is more economical for airport transfers or single-destination trips. Your account manager can help determine the most cost-effective option.
Can I extend my hourly reservation if needed?
