Airport transfer rates include professional chauffeur, meet and greet with name sign, real-time flight tracking, automatic delay adjustments, 60-minute complimentary wait time (90 for international), WiFi, bottled water, and luggage assistance.
How does hourly pricing work?
Hourly service is billed from vehicle dispatch to return, with a 2-hour minimum (3 hours for ultra-luxury). Time is rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. This includes all time waiting at your locations during the service period.
Do you charge for traffic or delays?
Point-to-point airport transfers are flat-rate regardless of traffic. For hourly service, actual time is billed. We monitor traffic conditions and depart early when needed to ensure on-time arrival.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, corporate purchase orders, and direct billing for established accounts. Corporate accounts receive monthly invoices with Net 30 terms.
