Executive sedan/SUV: cancel 48+ hours before pickup for a full refund; 24–48 hours = 50% charge; less than 24 hours or no-show = full charge. Sprinter/executive van: 7+ days notice for full refund. Corporate events and multi-vehicle bookings (2+ vehicles) require a 30% non-refundable deposit at booking plus 40–60% downpayment. Enterprise MSA terms supersede this schedule. Modifications can be made anytime by calling dispatch or through the corporate portal.
