Executive sedan/SUV: cancel 48+ hours before pickup for a full refund; 24–48 hours = 50% charge; less than 24 hours or no-show = full charge. Sprinter/executive van: 7+ days notice for full refund. Corporate events and multi-vehicle bookings (2+ vehicles) require a 30% non-refundable deposit at booking plus 40–60% downpayment. Enterprise MSA terms supersede this schedule. Modifications can be made anytime by calling dispatch or through the corporate portal.
No. Corporate accounts have no minimum commitment, no contracts, and no setup fees. You can start and stop at any time. We earn your business every month through service quality.
